Correction
Mac is actually getting both of his front teeth. He cut the first one this weekend but the second one is coming soon! There is a white spot so I'm sure it will poke through by the end of the week! He is doing so well with both of them, no fussing, crying or anything! Such a trooper!

New Mac News
Mac cut his third tooth this weekend while in Mt. Pleasant! It is his right upper front tooth. He did so well with it too. He wasn't fussy or anything but was chewing on everything so I took a little look and sure enough! Tooth number 3! It's really hard to take pictures of baby teeth, I did the best I could... but there is an arrow pointing to where the tooth is coming in.
Also this weekend Mac started walking using the objects he pulls up on!! He pulled up on the foot rest of dad's recliner and walked around to the side to get in a better position to grab at Sandy! haha... I tried to get a video of him doing that this morning but it didn't work out. Apparently he has a "do not perform on command" clause in his contract so I will keep trying... but it's just too cute! He is growing and changing so fast! He is going to be walking soon and that makes me very happy and very sad.
He is getting into the kitchen cabinets now too. I told Jimmy last night that we were going to have to put door pulls on the cabinets so that we would have a way of keeping him out of them!
Ps.. We watched Finding Nemo yesterday. I think Mac liked it!

Our Weekend In MtP
We went to Mt. Pleasant over the Labor Day weekend to visit Nana, Pops and the rest of the family. We got there Friday afternoon around 2pm and went to visit Nana at school. The kids and the teachers just loved Mac! We stayed for a little bit but all the attention was making Mac tired and it had been a long trip so I wanted to get him home. We went to the house and Sandy (the dog) greeted us at the door and for the next two hours Sandy and Mac chased each other, running circles around me! They wore me out, Sandy wore Mac out and I put Mac to bed for his afternoon nap... and I apparently fell asleep in dad's recliner because the phone woke me up when my brother called! haha...
Saturday is usually when we run around and take Mac to visit Mamaw and his cousins, make the obligotory trip to Wal-Mart, etc. but this Saturday had to be planned specifically around the KICKOFF OF THE UT FOOTBALL SEASON!! We managed to get everything to fit in and watched the first half of the game at Mamaw's.
We headed home during halftime, little man was worn out from playing with Neeley and cheering for his Longhorns!
He played with Nana and Pops when he could, they both got sick with the virus that is going around on Saturday night and spent the day Sunday out of commission. We left Monday, Nana and Pops were feeling better, but not without having a nice long four wheeler ride with Pops. I didn't get a picture because my camera was already packed.

Lost 3 pounds, I wish it had been more but with the way I have been feeling lately I am excited it is that much. Ya'll all know that I purposely fell off the workout wagon last week and started back on Monday (with new shoes!!). I didn't get back to where I was before the departure from working out but that's ok!! Maybe next week ;)!!
Ps Yes I know I said I was going to get a new scale. I went to Wal-Mart. Do you think it crossed my mind? NO!

Here I Am
I haven't posted this week because I have some sinus issues going on! It's so miserable and blah and I have no energy. I haven't been taking pictures of Mac either!! SHAME!! But here are some pictures from Sunday, I was feeling better after our weekend virus outbreak! Yes, the last week and a half has been riddled with allergies, a virus, and sinus pressure and headaches!! Awesome, right? NO.
Back to the Sunday pictures. Mac was playing so nicely and entertaining himself, which he was forced to do all weekend since Jimmy and I were both laid up on the couches feeling NOT so good. He has no issue with making a disaster area while playing and doesn't discriminate against objects not typically viewed as toys such as his diaper box and a random pacifier found at the bottom of the toy basket!! haha He was chewing away on the pacifier and I put it in his mouth the correct way and he had no idea what to do with it. He just grabbed it and went right on chewing!
I can't promise to be a better blogger the rest of this week either. Friday Mac and I are headed to Mt. Pleasant for a long weekend. But I will be back on my blogging feet next week with pictures from our trip! And who knows Mac might do something blog worthy tonight that ya'll might need to hear about tomorrow... all 14 of you! HAHA!!
