GO HORNS GO...

This morning, as I drove to daycare, the traffic slowed on the upper deck, why? I found out. THE LONGHORNS WERE ON THE PRACTICE FIELD!! They started practice yesterday but I didn't get to see them. But this morning, there they were in their ORANGE AND WHITE!

Now, I am not a big football fan at all. The NFL, no. I don't care. BUT. I. AM. A. LONGHORN FOOTBALL FAN! I don't know squat about football. Jimmy laughs at me and trys to explain but I just don't care. I am so impressed everytime they do a fake hand off because, man!, they fool me everytime!! Half the time I don't know where the ball is but I do know when we score! I love UT FOOTBALL! The tailgates, the comradery, the anticipation of the kick off and the enthusiasm with which every UT fan cheers and supports their team! So a little homage to the start of the football season... a little shrine to all things ORANGE AND WHITE... to the first kickoff in the first game of the season in 25 days, 4 hours and 50 mins... to BEVO... to the Tower glowing ORANGE!
