Halloween Parade at Daycare

Mac's daycare has a Halloween Parade every year. This year Mac is in the toddler building and got to participate! It was so cute!! They line the kids up in their costumes and "parade" them to the infant building to trick or treat in their old rooms!

When I got to school Mac was still asleep but Evelyn was trying to wake him up so he wouldn't miss any of the activities!

After waking up he was getting in the mood with all his buddies in costume!

Off to trick or treat!

After the trick or treat parade we paused outside for a group picture.

Then the kids had a huge party in the room! They ate like Halloween Kings and Queens! Cheese and crackers, apples with fangs, cupcakes, fresh fruit and juice boxes to wash it all down!

FBC Fall Festival 2011

This year for Halloween Mac dressed up as Chunck from the Goonies!

Gimme Candy!

We went to the Fall Festival at our church. It was a lot of fun and I think Mac will really be into it next year!

He played in the balloon room forever! He didn't understand that we could come back but, with a fit, we finally got him out of there. haha!

We took him to the parking lot to play some of the games they had set up.

He fished for some candy.

He didn't really want to give the fishing rod back but did without a scene haha

He "Trunk or Treated" at an LSU fans truck.

And quickly put his candy away in his favorite pumpkin.

He put bean bags in the jack-o-lantern and got some candy.

He dug for buried treasure with Dad's help.

And found a toy!

Everybody was a winner at this festival!

Some of the games were too big for him so we went back inside and played in the balloon room some more and then we found the mini bounce house!

Mac bounced and Jimmy went to eat the spaghetti dinner that they were serving everyone. I didn't eat because I was about to go help our sunday school class with the ring toss game then bolt to Round Rock for a softball game! No way was spaghetti and softball going to work well together!

The festival was fun. Mac loved it and I was happy to have a place to take him since we were not going to take him trick or treating this year.
