"Weekly Weigh-In" Week 9 (Wk 5 for me)

Start Weight (7/8): 206 lbs
Last Week: 194 lbs
This Week: 194 lbs

All I have to say is that I can't believe I didn't gain weight (well actually I did but I got back to my weight from last week). I think I lost my mind, I ate like it was going out of style this week! Brownies and ice cream and second helpings of EVERYTHING!! I am so surprised that I was able to loose what I had gained back in order to stay at 194! Shame on me but man those brownies and ice cream with caramel syrup were so good (yes plural brownies, ice cream and caramel syrup!) I think the only way I was able to get back to 194 was that I added a mile to my runs this week and it finally decided to get hot here in Texas... my luck the week I decide to go from 3 miles to 4 the weather hits triple digits for the first time this year (everyday this week by the way...) :) so I lost water weight too haha.

Hopefully I will hit 190 next week but I will be super happy to get to 192!!!


  1. Way to go on maintaining with all that good food. Now I want to go make brownies. LOL! I have started running inside with the wii fit. About 10 minutes a day. I guess it is better then nothing.

  5. I know how you feel! I was hungry all week! lol i've had an icecream weakness this week too but geez if we would have had brownies the scale would have broke! :) Thats great your a runner! I wish that I had the time and energy to go run. I'm a new follower and joining for my first week of weekly weigh ins.

    Your doing so well. If I ate like that I would have just said screw it and ate more. Good for you for running a little longer this week.
