Weekly Weigh-In 19 (wk 15 for me)

Start Weight (7/8): 206 lbs
Last Week: 195 lbs
This Week: 184 lbs

Goal Weight by Dec: 178 lbs
Goal Weight Overall: 165 lbs


So after last weeks super weird weight gain, I will just say that I lost a pound. The week before I was 185 and now I am 184. I am just ignoring the randomness of last week and moving on!! haha. I am just happy that I am down a pound from two weeks ago and ready to see what I can do this week!

I am really enjoying running in this cooler weather! It has given me hope, false probably, that I am ready to add a mile to my workouts so starting Monday I will be running 5 miles 3 times a week!! yay!! Plus it will help in training for the 10K in March!!

  1. haha, it was probably a fluke - I would ignore it, too. Maybe count it as maintaining. Keep up the good work! I wish I didn't have a bad knee so that I could run, I'm loving this weather (we had a bad summer here).

  4. Your scale was having a hard time last week...but it looks like its all back to normal :)
    I am so proud of you for doing a 10k run in march! I was actually thinking about doing the Couch to 5k thing...have you heard about it?
