I'm not sure how I lost 3 pounds but I will take it. I have been eating cake since little man's birthday party and have not run at all since the last Monday in November. I have been walking at least 2 miles a day at work with my coworker so that has obviously helped fill in the lack of running. Also I have been eating birthday day cake in the morning with my coffee, which technically makes it coffee cake and therefore an acceptable breakfast food, instead of at night right before I end up on the couch.
I have been feeling terribly lazy and unmotivated. I want to run but just don't care right now for some reason. I think that the week before the birthday party I was more stressed than I realized and now that it's over I am just spent. I am going to make an effort to get back to the trail on Monday and would love for all of you to double check with me on Monday to make sure that I am putting my running shoes on!!! I need some accountability!
I have 4 pounds to lose to reach my goal for this year. I know I can do it, I just need to find some motivation (even though there is tons of it in the closet in the way of clothes that don't fit and HAVE to fit by Jan 1!!) UGH!
