Well this week I don't have a picture of the scale. I need a new scale!! I'm not blaming the it for me only losing a pound, it's just time for a new one, an accurate one. Anyway, I wish I had lost more but it's OK. I will just keep trudging along! :) I enjoy my running workouts and I am more than happy to lose this weight one pound at a time!
I had planned on adding another mile to my run at the first of September but instead I am going to really focus on my running time. I am still at 2 minutes so I am just going to steadily increase my running interval for a while. I think that will help with the weight loss and it will help with me getting to daycare and picking up Mac quicker!! haha!!
